PAYMENT
I accept PayPal and credit card. You can use credit card through PayPal without making a PayPal account. If you would like other method (check or many order), please contact me before placing an order.
SHIPPING TIME and METHODOrders will ship usually within 3 business days of payment cleared. Items marked "made to order" may take 1-2 additional day(s) to ship. Shipping overcharge more than $1.00 will be refunded.
CANADA
Packages ship by Canada Post Lettermail (oversized letter). Delivery time varies and it can take 2 weeks to Eastern Provinces.
US
Packages up to 100g and 20mm thick - Light Packet $2.27 +Tax $0.27 = $$2.54
Packages 101- 250g and 20mm thick - Light Packet $4.73 + Tax $0.57 = $5.30
Packages 20mm+ and up to 250g - Small Packet Air $6.94 +Tax $0.83 = $7.77
Delivery time varies, depending on destination and air connection. It can take 2 to 3 weeks, although Canada Post website says 4 to 10 business days. I am located West Coast of Canada (time zone is +3 EST).
INTERNATIONAL
Packages up to 100g and 20mm thick - Light Packet $4.45 + Tax $0.53 = $4.98
Packages over 101g and/or 20mm thick - Light Packet or Small Packet approximately $9.50
Delivery time depends on destination and air connection. It can take 2-3 weeks, although Canada Post website says 6 to 10 business days.
When your package ships out, I will send you a shipping notification. Lettermail, Light Packet, and Small Packet do not include tracking number. It costs over $12 to add tracking number with Canada Post.
Please contact me if you didn't recieve your order in 3 weeks.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Unless the item is defective or wrong items were delivered, I can't accept returns or refunds due to the personal nature of the products. If the items were defective or I sent you wrong items, please let me know.
In case of missing package, or any other problems, please let me know. I will do my best to solve the situation.
ALLERGIESWe have a kitty in the house. Please be aware if you are allergic to cats.
Also, I use hemp and bamboo fabrics. Please be aware if you are allergic to hemp or bamboo. If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use.
PACKAGINGOrders will be mailed in regular orange envelopes. I write "cloth pads" in custom form in international shipment including the US, but nothing like "feminine hygiene" or "menstrual products".
RECIEPTS and LAUNDRY INFOUsually I don't print out reciepts or laundry info to save paper. If you would like a reciept and/or laundry info enclosed with your order, please contact me.

WHOLE SALE ORDERS

I wouldn't be able to give you any discounts on large orders. My profit is already very small. This is a one-woman operation. My cloth pads are time consuming to make and I don't have access to wholesale suppliers. I do have sales occasionally when I feel like it, and items with flaws are discounted.
